In today’s time, we have to deal with constant changes. In fact, change is the only constant today. The current market situation is influenced by a large number of factors like fluctuating prices of raw materials, disruptions in the supply chain, economic changes, demanding labour markets and increasing importance of sustainability. We are in the middle of an era of change.
